The proposed senior residence village concept provides maximum flexibility, adaptability variability; in order to fit different programs, environment, developer, constraints, besides user requirements and demands. Naturally this specific design proposal is in harmony with the given site as well.

It is possible to generate variable architectural configurations according to the environment using this pattern. The fragmented, modular, flexible urban fabric can be adapted to a variety of different climates, land sizes and shapes and programs.

All Houses are facing either south or east without exception to provide passive acclimatization. All houses on the ground level have their own gardens. The houses on the upper floor have an access to a terrace garden. These gardens, terraces and together with the urban spaces enables establishment of neighbour relations.

The buildings will be passive acclimatized energy efficient, and built with environment friendly materials, recycling of resources such as water as an important issue.
