The proposed senior residence village concept provides maximum flexibility, adaptability variability; in order to fit different programs, environment, developer, constraints, besides user requirements and demands. Naturally this specific design proposal is in harmony with the given site as well.

The North Campus is conceived as an education - led development area with the university acting as the dynamo of urban regeneration. It is believed that the advancement in the quality of education will be followed by the increase in the quality of urban life, economy and public welfare.

In the workshop the area has been analyzed from 1/25,000 scale concept decisions to 1/200 scale details. The local press and municipality have attended the presentations of both studies, organized in the last day of the study conducted with the groups.

It is an apartment project in Idealtepe, Istanbul. It consist of six flats based on six floors and each flat is approximately 110 m² and all planned as 3 bedroom flats. The aim of the interior design is using maximum space in a very small master plan.

It is a proposed shopping mall project for Garanti GYO in Maslak, Istanbul. The main concept is that Maslak-Levent area is Turkey’s banking and finance center where educated white-collar personnel are working.
