It is a proposed shopping mall project for Garanti GYO in Maslak, Istanbul. The main concept is that Maslak-Levent area is Turkey’s banking and finance center where educated white-collar personnel are working. The center is also easily accessible: It is quite close to the coast road, TEM and highway, the junctions of both bridges that cross the Bosphorus, and the new underground station.

Total space of the center is 65.000 m², with stores occupying 42.000 m². Closed parking space with total 800 vehicle capacity and it has an open auto park area.
